Chef to The Norrmans Kitchen in Denmark

The Norrmans B&B in Denmark (1h south of Copenhagen) is searching for a full time Chef for the summer season and potentially a longer term contract for the right applicant. We require a competent chef with the ability to work within our small team and run the kitchen with our head chef. The applicant will also be a part of the creative process when using our locally sourced and homegrown produce from our own kitchen garden. Applicants must be self motivating and possess a good energy for times when they will be working alone. Experience in bread baking, both hot and cold kitchens is a plus. Wine knowledge or willingness to learn and being comfortable around and serving guests is also required. Accommodation is available on site.
