ARKET Café Manager

Are you passionate about organic, healthy ingredients, sustainability and providing an exceptional customer experience? Are you a hands-on leader? Someone who always puts service and quality first?  We are currently looking for a Café Manager to join our Stockholm location, who is motivated and excited to join our inviting café concept with organic Scandinavian food and quality coffee at its core.

The role

Your main responsibilities include:

· You create an inspiring and attractive café environment with a unique local feeling for the guests.

· You organize and plan the café according to the café concept.

· You implement, protect, follow up and develop the café concept together with the Store Experience Manager.

· You support, motivate and lead your team to increase sales.

· You always lead by example.

We are looking for

-You have a positive attitude and act with warmth and in a genuine way.

-You enjoy working with a diverse team.

-You have the ability to overview, plan, organise and prioritise yours and your team’s work.

-You like creating structure, working with numbers and analysing of sales figures.

-You are flexible and a problem solver who dares to take initiative to find the best solution.

-You have proven leadership skills, minimum of two years of experience of managing a Café and a good understanding of profitability.

-You have good English skills.
