Restaurant waiter

We are looking for people with a big passion for food, wine and service

We are now looking for a waiter to join the team in our Dining Room. We are recruiting for both full-time and extra contracts.

The Dining Room holds about 100 seats and it is a modern venue serving exciting food with a focus on challenging flavour combinations and seasonal ingredients. Wine is a big focus and our list has around 400 different labels from all parts of the world.

Story-telling and personalized service with attention to detail are the core of our DNA.

Work responsibilities

You will play a key role in the creation of unique and memorable experiences for our guests. Together with the kitchen team, you will be responsible for assuring the service of high quality food and beverage products.

We  are looking for you who likes to deliver genuine and personalized service to the highest level possible and always strive to exceed guests expectations.

Your working hours will be in the evenings and you will be expected to work most Fridays and Saturdays.

Background and personal characteristics

You are an organized team player who thrives in meeting all guests with a warm welcome and deliver exceptional service. In addition,

• You have 2 years experience working in similar position in a restaurant and/or hotel
• Ambitious and interested in working in a high-pace environment with great standards
• Outgoing personality who has an easy way communicating with guests. Ability to charm and up-sell to guests.
• Structure and good organizational skills
• Good wine, beer and spirit knowledge
• Ability to work unsupervised and high professional ethics
• Service is your passion and you have a genuine love for food and beverage
• Able to communicate verbally in Swedish and English, additional languages is a plus
