Mix one part social club, one part laboratory, and one part factory, and you get Whippet Lab. We aim to bring together the science of food, beer, and cocktails with a way to social justice differently. Opening soon in Skanstull, Whippet Lab will be like no restaurant-bar-microbrewery in Sweden. Owned by a professor and a chef, both with decades of experience in hospitality and social activism, both from New York and Paris, we aim to create a chill, social, diverse, and dynamic environment where customers can enjoy great food, craft beer, and delicious cocktails while having the space to talk and hatch plans for innovative projects aimed at creating a better world.
